How do I change my username or password?

Your username (which is your email address) and password can both be changed by editing your profile. 

You can update your profile by clicking on the “Edit account details” in the My Account settings on the right hand side of the login page.

Can I delete my listing or subscription?

If your ad is no longer needed, then all you have to do is click the button which says "Live" on your adverts page.  This will bring up the option to set the advert as "Not Live" which stops your ad from being shown on the website.

Although your advert is not being displayed, your details are kept so that you do not have to go through the registration process should you need to use the website in the future.
